Bookings and Service Requests

Submitting a form, making an enquiry or contacting us is a request for assistance and does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking or service begins only after its scope, duration, applicable charges, required information and any other applicable conditions have been communicated by us and accepted by you, and payment has been received where required.

Any slot, room, desk or address is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation. Timings shown in a confirmation are subject to the operating hours of the premises and the building in which they are located.

We may decline or reschedule a booking where the requested space is unavailable, where the intended use is unlawful or unsuitable for the premises, or where required information has not been provided.

Your Responsibilities

When booking or using our spaces and services, you are responsible for:

• Providing complete, accurate, current and lawful information, identification and documents.
• Reviewing your booking details — date, time, duration, space and charges — before confirming.
• Arriving and vacating within the confirmed time, and informing us promptly of any change or cancellation.
• The conduct of your guests, visitors, employees and invitees while they are at the premises.
• Using the space, the business address and any facilities only for lawful purposes.

Use of the Premises and Business Address

Access to a desk, meeting room or other space is a permission to use that space for the confirmed period only. It does not create a tenancy, lease, or any interest in the property, and does not entitle you to exclusive possession beyond the confirmed period.

Where a business address service is provided, the address may be used only for the purposes agreed with us and only by the person or entity named in the confirmation. It must not be used for any unlawful purpose, or for any activity misrepresenting the nature or scale of your presence at the premises.

You must follow the house rules, safety instructions, building access procedures and reasonable directions of our staff and the building management. We may ask you or your guests to leave where conduct is unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive to others using the premises.

You are responsible for your own belongings, documents, equipment and data brought to the premises. We do not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to items left unattended.

Third-Party Services and Building Facilities

Our services may involve building management, internet and telecom providers, payment providers, booking platforms, housekeeping, catering, courier services and other independent providers. Their systems, charges, requirements and decisions are outside our control.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or information. We are not responsible for external content, availability, security or policies.

Fees and Payments

Applicable service fees, deposits, taxes and third-party charges will be governed by the proposal, invoice or booking confirmation accepted for the relevant engagement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a website enquiry does not reserve a space, hold a price, or create a payment obligation.

Goods and Services Tax and any other applicable taxes are payable in addition to the stated charges unless stated otherwise. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed by our Refund Policy and depends on the accepted service terms, the notice given, the service already provided and any non-refundable third-party charges.

Intellectual Property

The website design, Lease My Space branding, text, graphics, photographs, all contents and original materials are owned by or licensed to Medhansh Ventures & Advisory LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for its intended purpose, but may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.

Availability, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
